Everyone starts somewhere. The key is having the desire and willingness to work hard. Trading isn’t just about spotting opportunities—it also involves managing your own mindset, which is something many people underestimate. Trading can be incredibly rewarding when you identify and execute an opportunity correctly, but it can also have the opposite effect.
We offer different account sizes: 5K, 10K, 25K, 50K, and 100K. The account size represents the amount of balance available for trading. You will maintain the same account balance throughout the entire process.
You can purchase and trade multiple Evaluations simultaneously. We allow funded accounts to be combined up to a maximum of 400K.
We currently do NOT accept clients from: Cuba, Sudan, Somalia, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, North Korea, Libya, Pakistan & Vietnam.
Simply go to https://portal.wsfunded.com/ , select the challenge, and complete the standard order details—just like any other online purchase. You’re free to choose your preferred payment method; options include VISA/MC credit cards and cryptocurrency. If you choose to pay with crypto, we’ll refund all unlinked payments within 6–8 business hours. This approach helps us minimize all associated fees.
Once you’ve completed your challenge purchase and the payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your login details for our dashboard and access credentials for MetaTrader 5 (the most widely used trading platform), cTrader, or MatchTrader. Then, simply log in to the panel, install your platform, access your account, and start trading.
Don’t worry—although it might seem complex, it’s actually just a few simple and clearly explained steps. However, if you have any questions at any point, feel free to contact us. Our Customer Support team will be happy to help you.
After reaching the Phase 2 objectives, you can proceed with the KYC verification and sign the contract in your dashboard. Once completed, the process may take up to 48 hours to receive your simulated funded account credentials.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as you successfully pass each phase, and your new credentials will be sent automatically.
Simulated funded accounts are activated on Wednesdays and Sundays.
The profit share percentage a trader receives is 80%.
In the dashboard on our website, you’ll find the “Payouts” section in the menu. There, you can submit a payout request by completing the provided form. Once submitted, your linked trading account will be set to read-only mode until the payment is finalized, so make sure to close all open trades beforehand. The minimum payout amount is $100.
• For payments under $500, we process them using crypto: USDT, USDC, ETH, or BTC.
• For payments over $500, we use Rise, which offers both bank transfer and cryptocurrency options.
However, if Rise is not available in your country, we will process the payment using cryptocurrencies instead. Payouts are managed Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. CET. You can check the list of countries where Rise is not available here:

The answer to this question can vary greatly depending on your local jurisdiction and tax laws. In many countries, any profit from trading or earnings received from a company like WSF may be considered taxable income.
Therefore, it is highly recommended that you consult with a qualified tax advisor or accountant who is familiar with the specific tax laws and regulations in your country.
WSF does not withhold taxes from your withdrawals. It is the responsibility of each individual trader to report their earnings and comply with their local tax laws.
What is allowed and what is not allowed
Yes, you will be able to keep and open positions over the weekend without the need to add any additional addon.
You CAN trade during news periods, but only during the Evaluation Phase. News trading is NOT allowed during the Simulated Funded Phase. Keep in mind that removing these restrictions affects both profits and losses, so proper risk management is required. It’s also important to note that recent studies have shown that stock markets tend to experience their most significant movements while they are closed.
For more information about this news rule, visit:
Trading during volatile news events carries additional risks. High volatility can lead to price slippage, meaning trade execution may not happen at the desired price. Spreads may also widen, and trades can close before or after your TP and SL limits. There may also be issues closing positions due to rapid market movements. It’s important to consider these risks when trading under high-volatility conditions.
You purchased an account in your name, so only you are allowed to trade on it — preferably from the same IP address.
If we detect that you have shared your credentials and/or someone else is trading on your behalf, it will be considered a violation of the rules and will result in the permanent closure of your account.
These are the strategies NOT allowed at WSFunded:
- High-Frequency Trading (HFT)
- Trades lasting less than 60 seconds
- Grid trading
- Arbitrage trading
- Hedge trading
- Latency trading
- Reverse trading
- Tick scalping
- Hyperactivity
We reserve the right to immediately close your account if any of these are detected.
At WSFunded, we focus on maintaining the integrity and fairness of our trading platform. As a reminder, WSFunded’s business philosophy centers on helping traders refine their skills, becoming consistent and successful operators by replicating real market conditions. In other words, part of our mission at WSFunded is to ensure that those who thrive on our platform can also succeed in a genuine market environment.
With that goal in mind, we cannot tolerate trading approaches that are overly risky or likely to result in substantial losses under real market conditions. To support these objectives, we are enforcing the following safe trading practices:
Violations we monitor:
Account cycling/rotation: Purchasing the maximum number of evaluation accounts and attempting to complete them continuously by sacrificing some accounts as needed.
Gambling behavior: Placing trades that resemble large bets without a clear plan or strategy.
Trade stacking: Opening large consecutive positions on a single instrument to bypass risk limits.
Group hedging: Executing opposite trades across the platform as a form of risk hedging.
Overleveraging: Exceeding proper leverage levels when trading.
In Funded accounts, maximum lot exposure applies per account size. This is the total combined number of lots allowed at any given time.
Example:
With a 100K account and a 35-lot max exposure in forex, you can place one trade of 35 lots or split it (e.g., 3 trades of 10 lots and 1 of 5 lots). You may not open trades that total more than 35 lots por trading idea. For instance, two trades of 20 lots each (40 lots total) exceed the limit.
New trades can be opened the same day, as long as the 35-lot limit per trading idea is respected.
Understanding “trading idea”:
A trader must not risk more than 50% of the daily drawdown limit on a single trading idea. To properly assess risk, a Stop Loss (SL) must be added within two minutes of opening a trade.
Example:
If a client places a buy order on XAUUSD with 30 lots risking 3%, even if the 30 lots are split into 3 trades of 10 lots each, the risk for the overall idea is still 3%. If this exceeds 50% of the daily drawdown limit, the practice will be classified as gambling.
MAXIMUM LOT EXPOSURE
Account Size | Forex | Commodities & Metals | Indexes |
|---|---|---|---|
$5K | 3 lots | 0.5 lots | 5 lots |
$10K | 6 lots | 1 lot | 10 lots |
$25K | 10 lots | 1.8 lots | 20 lots |
$50K | 20 lots | 4 lots | 40 lots |
$100K | 35 lots | 7 lots | 70 lots |
Penalties for breaching these rules may include:
Reduced leverage
Daily trade limits
Lot size caps
Stricter daily loss limits
1% max risk rule
Permanent exclusion from the firm
Our goal is to help you improve as a trader and risk manager while monetizing the flow of trades you generate. This evaluation is designed to gather high-quality data to monetize effectively, enhancing both our stability and the industry’s.
Yes, we allow the use of Expert Advisors (EAs)/cBots and indicators, as long as they follow a strategy permitted by WSFunded. However, we recommend that you verify the source of these EAs and indicators.
EA or cBots cannot be used on Instant plans (Standard / Pro).
✅ Allowed:
• Copying trades manually between your own accounts ONLY IF THEY ARE IN THE EVALUATION PHASE, as long as the balances are NOT $100,000. (Never in funded phase)
• For example, you may manually copy trades if one of your accounts has a balance of 2.5K and the other 50K.
• For example, you may manually copy trades if one of your accounts has a balance of 50K and the other 50K.
❌ Not allowed:
• Copying trades (automatic or manual) between Funded accounts (either between two funded accounts or between a challenge account and a funded account)
• Copying trades to $100K accounts
• Using external copy trading tools such as Trader-Copier, Social Trader Tools, among others
• Copying trades between accounts belonging to different clients
⚠️ Important:
If we detect improper use of copy trading on any account, it will be considered a violation of the rules and may result in corrective actions, including but not limited to account termination and removal from the program.
Requirement for Solo Traders:
All participants in our challenges and simulated funded programs must be the sole managers of their accounts, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
VPN/VPS Usage Discouraged:
We do not recommend using a VPN or VPS to access simulated trading accounts due to its impact on internal data tracking systems.
This practice aligns with policies in services that prohibit multiple users on a single account.
Permitted Use of VPN/VPS:
Using a VPN or VPS is allowed; however, if potentially harmful activity is detected on your account, VPN or VPS usage will be a significant factor in evaluating possible violations of our terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions Compliance:
We kindly ask all participants to comply with our Terms and Conditions, including not allowing multiple users to operate the same account.
Prohibited During KYC/AML Verification:
Connecting to Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or Virtual Private Servers (VPSs) during the KYC/AML verification process is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of VPN/VPS Use During KYC/AML:
If you are connected to a VPN or VPS during the KYC process, your account may not be funded.
If it is discovered that you completed KYC/AML verification using a VPN or VPS, your simulated funded account may be deactivated or disqualified.
For Classic, Ultra and Rapid accounts:
A trader may not risk more than 50% of the daily drawdown on a single trading idea. In order for the risk team to accurately calculate the risk, a Stop Loss (SL) must be added to the trade within a maximum of two minutes after opening the position. That is:
If a client wants to open a buy position on XAUUSD risking 3% with 30 lots, this is considered one trading idea. If those 30 lots are split into 3 positions of 10 lots each, the risk per trade will be lower than 3%; however, the total risk of the trading idea will exceed 3%, therefore this practice will be considered gambling for violating the 50% rule.
For Instant Standard / Pro accounts:
A trader may not risk more than 1% on a trading idea. A Stop Loss (SL) must be added within a maximum of two minutes after opening the trade so the risk team can properly calculate the risk.A trading idea refers to a group of trades that share a common logic or intention applied to the same financial asset. These trades may be opened simultaneously or within a few minutes, as long as they are aligned in the same direction (buy or sell) and follow the same analysis or strategy.
Multiple trades will be considered part of the same trading idea if:
• They are opened on the same asset
• They have the same direction (buy or sell)
• They are executed within a time interval of no more than 30 minutes between each other
After 30 minutes from the closing of the last trade, new trades on the same asset and in the same direction will be considered a new trading idea, unless there is a valid technical justification.
Trades at BE (Break Even) and TP (Take Profit) will not count towards risk, allowing the trader to continue trading without adding risk from previous trades.
The trading idea and its risk will always be measured based on the highest risk defined by the stop loss. The initial stop loss will be the first valid reference for risk calculation. If later modifications increase the risk, the highest stop loss value will be used.
If a trade has, for example, a 2% stop loss and closes in profit, and the trader opens a new trade on the same asset and direction within 30 minutes, it will still be considered the same trading idea, maintaining the initial 2% stop loss as the reference for risk measurement.
In other words, a trading idea may consist of one or multiple positions opened on the same instrument, aiming to capitalize on a specific market opportunity identified by the trader, whether through technical, fundamental, or quantitative analysis.

📌 FAQ – New Dashboard Update: Softbreach, Suspensions, and Breach
What is a softbreach?
A softbreach is an automatic warning generated when a user violates certain operational rules.
It does not imply immediate disqualification or a breach, but it may trigger temporary suspensions or, if repeated, escalate into a breach.
Can a softbreach lead to a breach?
Yes.
The repetition of softbreaches may result in your account being considered in breach according to internal policies.
In other words, although a single softbreach is not a breach, the accumulation of several can affect your account status.
⚠️ News-related softbreach (funded accounts only)
When is a news softbreach generated?
It is generated when trading during restricted news events that are not allowed for funded accounts.
What happens if I accumulate news softbreaches?
If you only have 1 news softbreach and your trade reaches Take Profit or is manually closed in profit, the profit will be deducted from your earnings.
However, when requesting your payout, you WILL still be able to withdraw.
(Only the affected trade is deducted, not your total profits or your eligibility for payout.)
📏 Operational rule softbreaches
1️⃣ 2-minute Stop Loss rule
You must place a Stop Loss within the first two minutes after opening a trade.
If you do not, you will receive a warning.
In evaluation phase (Rapid, Classic and Ultra): only a warning.
In funded accounts (Rapid, Classic and Ultra): the first softbreach results in payout cancellation if the trade does not have a Stop Loss within 2 minutes. (The account remains active, but that payout cycle is canceled.)
2️⃣ Trading idea 50% daily drawdown risk rule
The trade must follow the trading idea risk rule of not exceeding 50% of the daily drawdown.
If this rule is violated, you will receive a warning:
In evaluation phase: only a warning.
In funded accounts: the first softbreach cancels the payout if it directly violates the 50% daily drawdown risk rule. This applies to Classic, Ultra and Rapid accounts. For Instant accounts, the rule is 1% risk per trading idea or failure to follow trading idea criteria. (The account remains active, but the payout cycle is canceled.)
If a trader repeatedly violates this rule, the account may enter breach. If the rule is violated in subsequent payout cycles, the account will also enter breach.

WSFUNDED provides immediate access to a funded account, allowing you to start trading without delay. To make the most of this opportunity, it’s essential to have a flexible trading strategy and a solid risk management plan.
🚀
Instant Funding – Standard Model
The WSFUNDED Standard Instant Funding Model offers immediate access to a funded account with specific rules for managing your trading risks and profits.
❌
Account Violations (Major Breach)
All instant funding models have a trailing drawdown.
Major violations are serious breaches of our established rules. A major breach occurs when a trader exceeds the daily loss limit or the total trailing drawdown, resulting in immediate account closure.
📉
Daily Loss Limit – 3%
How is it calculated?
The daily drawdown is calculated each day at 00:00 UTC based on floating equity if there is an open position; otherwise, on the closed balance with which the day starts. Your capital must not decrease by more than 3% of your initial balance in a single trading day.
Example:
For a $50,000 account, the daily loss limit is $1,500. If your balance or equity drops below $48,500, you’ve breached the daily loss limit.
📉
Maximum Total Loss – 6% (Trailing)
In an Instant account, the drawdown is trailing, which means it follows the maximum balance or equity reached by the account.
As the trader generates profits, the drawdown limit also increases, “chasing” the capital.
If the balance drops and reaches that limit, the account violates the rule.
👉 Key point:
The drawdown only moves upward when new highs are reached; it never moves down, even if there are later losses.
This type of drawdown requires constant risk management, since profits also raise the minimum level the account must maintain.
⚖️
Max Loss Per Trading Idea – 1%
You may not risk more than 1% of your initial balance per trading idea.
Example:
With a $50,000 account, the maximum risk per idea is $500.
📅
News Trading Rules
On funded accounts, you may not open or close trades on instruments affected by red-folder macroeconomic news within an 8-minute window (4 minutes before and 4 minutes after the news).
This applies to manual or automated execution during the restricted time window. Any profits generated in this period may be deducted, and in rare cases, the account may be reset.
This rule only applies to affected instruments (e.g., EUR news doesn’t affect XAU/USD).
You may open a trade before the 8-minute window, hold it during, and close it after the event.
This rule does not apply to Phases 1 or 2 of challenges, only to simulated funded accounts.
You can check red-folder events using the FXStreet
💰
Profit Withdrawals
Traders can request a withdrawal of their profits from their dashboard: the first payment is available after 15 days, and subsequent payments every 10 days. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, as the minimum amount available for withdrawal depends on their best trading day and consistency percentage.
📊
Consistency Rule – 30% Cap
You must maintain a 30% consistency score to request a payout. This means your best trading day cannot exceed 30% of your total profits.
Example calculation:
Total profit: $3,500
Max daily profit allowed: $1,050
Biggest winning day: $520
Consistency score: ($520 / $3,500) × 100% = 14.86% ✅ (Compliant)
📆
Minimum Profitable Trading Days
You must have at least 4 profitable trading days before requesting a withdrawal.
A day counts if it generates at least 0.5% profit based on your starting balance.
Mandatory Use of Stop-Loss (SL)
⛔
Mandatory SL & TP During News Events
All trades during high-impact news events must include predefined Stop-Loss and Take-Profit.

📊
Consistency Rule – 15% Cap
You must maintain a 15% consistency score to request a payout from your Instant Pro account. This means your best trading day cannot exceed 15% of your total profit. You may continue trading until this ratio is met.
Formula:
(Best trading day / Current total profit) × 100%
Example – $10,000 account:
Day | Profit ($) |
|---|---|
Day 1 | $518 |
Day 2 | $497 |
Day 3 | $508 |
Day 4 | $459 |
Day 5 | $492 |
Day 6 | $520 (Biggest) |
Day 7 | $506 |
Step 1: Total profit = $3,500
Step 2: 15% of total = $525
Step 3: ($520 / $3,500) × 100% = 14.86% ✅
You meet the consistency rule.

A floating loss is an essential concept in financial trading that refers to unrealized losses on open positions. These losses remain unrealized as long as the positions are still open and are based on market valuation — where the initial entry cost exceeds the current market price.

Slippage refers to the difference between the expected price of a trade and the actual price at which the trade is executed.
Slippage can occur at any time but is more common during periods of high volatility when market orders are used.
It can also happen when executing a large order, but there isn’t enough volume at the selected price to maintain the current spread.
Leverage is the use of borrowed funds to amplify the size of a trade and increase the potential for profit—or loss.
It allows traders to control a larger position with a smaller investment but also increases risk. Leverage is expressed as a ratio, such as 1:50, indicating how many times the original investment is multiplied.

Yes, we have a scaling plan.
With WSFunded, you can grow your account up to a maximum of $2,000,000 as long as you are a consistent trader.
To scale your capital, you must achieve a 15% return over a 3-month period and complete at least 3 withdrawals. This will increase your initial balance by 25% and allow you to earn up to a 95% profit split.
Trading on News

Important Trading News: (ONLY FOR SIMULATED FUNDED ACCOUNTS, not applicable in Phases 1 and 2 of the challenges)
In funded accounts, it is not allowed to open new trades or close existing trades on instruments affected by red folder macroeconomic events within an 8-minute window (4 minutes before and 4 minutes after the news).
This refers to both manual and automated trades executed within a specific 8-minute window, starting four minutes before and ending four minutes after a major news event (see event list).
Any profits obtained during this window may be deducted from your account. In rare cases, a reset of the account may be necessary.
This rule only applies to instruments related to the event (for example, EUR news does not prevent you from trading XAU/USD).
Additionally, this rule does not prevent you from opening a trade before the 8-minute window, holding it during the period, and closing it after the window. This rule does not apply to phases one and two of any of our challenges. It applies only to simulated funded accounts.
Mandatory Use of Stop-Loss (SL) and Take-Profit (TP)
All trades during high-impact news events must include predefined SL and TP.
Red folder macroeconomic events can be found at the following button:

Accounts and Indicators
You can purchase and trade multiple Evaluations simultaneously. We allow combining funded accounts up to a maximum of $400,000.
The profit split percentage a trader receives is 80%.
Yes, we allow the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) and indicators only during Phases 1 & 2, although we recommend verifying the source of these EAs and indicators.
We do not allow the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) on Simulated Funded accounts.
✅ Allowed:
Manually copying trades between your own accounts is permitted ONLY during the Evaluation Phase, and only if the account balances are different. (Never allowed in Funded Phase)
For example, you may manually copy trades if one account has a $5K balance and the other has $25K.
❌ Not allowed:
Copying trades (manually or automatically) between Funded accounts — whether between two funded accounts or from a challenge account to a funded account.
Copying trades between accounts with the same balance, regardless of whether it’s manual or automatic.
Using external trade copying tools like Trader-Copier, Social Trader Tools, TraderConnects, among others.
Copying trades between different clients’ accounts.
⚠️ Important:
If we detect incorrect use of copy trading in any account, it will be considered a breach of the rules and may lead to corrective actions, including account termination and removal from the program.
You purchased an account under your name, so only you are allowed to trade on it—and preferably from the same IP address.
If we detect that you have shared your credentials and/or someone else is trading your account on your behalf, it will be considered a rule violation and may result in the permanent closure of your account.
