Accordingly, we do not provide financial, investment, tax, brokerage or any other type of advice or services. Rules for simulated trading
Within the simulated trading environment of our Platform, any type of trading is permitted, provided that it does not fall within the categories of prohibited strategies or trades detailed in our section on PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES. In addition, further limitations may be imposed by the terms of the selected trading platform.
It is important to note that, as Provider, we have access to information regarding the simulated trades you carry out. By using our platform, you authorise us to share this information with entities associated with or belonging to our corporate group, and you grant both us and such entities permission and authorisation to use this information at their discretion. You understand and accept that these actions may be carried out automatically and without requiring your additional consent, and that you are not entitled to any compensation or benefit arising from the Provider's use of your data.
You also acknowledge that you do not provide us with any investment advice or recommendation through your simulated trades. You are entirely free to pause or stop your simulated trading on our platform at any time.
WSFmarkets Evaluation Process
To comply with the conditions of our Evaluation Process, you must simultaneously meet all of the following parameters at the end of the trading period:
At no time during the evaluation process must a loss be recorded on a simulated trade opened and closed on the same day which, in total, exceeds 5% of the initial simulated capital or 10% cumulatively in the 2-phase plans, and 4% daily or 6% total loss (drawdown) in the single-phase plans.
If you reach the profit target of 8% of the initial capital in Phase 1, or the target of 5% of the initial capital in Phase 2, or 10% in the single-phase tests, and you have not breached the terms —in particular, the simulated trading rules in accordance with the section “PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES”— the Provider will consider that you have completed the corresponding Phase of our Service.
Prohibited trading practices
DURING SIMULATED TRADING, THE FOLLOWING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED:
Using strategies that benefit from errors in price display or delays in price updates.
Carrying out trades using external or unauthorised data sources.
Engaging in activities intended to manipulate or artificially alter trading.
Executing trades that contravene the Terms and Conditions established by the Provider.
Acting in a manner contrary to standard practices in the real foreign exchange market or in a manner where there is a legitimate risk that the Provider may suffer losses or damage as a result of the Client's activities.
Exceeding the maximum capital limit allocated to participants, as specified in the frequently asked questions section of our website.
If you engage in any of the prohibited practices mentioned above, the Provider may interpret this as a breach of the conditions of the specific Evaluation Process and, if you have been identified as a “Funded Trader”, this may be considered a breach of our rules and may result in the withdrawal of the Funded Simulated Account granted to you, as well as termination of the signed contract.
If any of the trades listed in the PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES section are detected, the Provider reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice. In such a situation, you will not be entitled to participate in profit sharing or receive refunds for fees paid. If unauthorised trading is detected, the Trader will not have access to their accounts.
In addition, the Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Trader's participation in the programme for any reason it deems appropriate, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Other prohibited trading practices
7.1. The use of a third-party Expert Advisor (EA) on the simulated demo account, whose source code does not belong to the Signal Provider, may result in rejection in the Challenge process.
7.2. It is prohibited to involve any other technology on the simulated demo account that interferes with the platform network.
7.3. The use of emulators is not permitted.
7.4. Coordination of trades or copy trading with other traders or accounts on the simulated demo account is prohibited.

7.6. The use of different identities to hold accounts that replicate trades is not permitted.
7.7. Executing trades on the simulated demo account in a manner that contradicts the normal operation of the financial market, or in a manner that gives rise to concern that the Client may suffer financial or other harm as a result of the actions of the Signal Provider (for example, excessive leverage, overexposure, one-sided betting, account churning).
7.8. It is prohibited to carry out any trading method on the simulated demo account that exploits price discrepancies or failures between different markets for similar or identical assets, a practice known as arbitrage.
7.9. Using, intentionally or otherwise, trading strategies on the simulated demo account that take advantage of system errors, such as inaccuracies in price display or delays in updates.
7.10. Carrying out tick scalping.
7.11. The use of Expert Advisors on the simulated demo account that scalp during overnight rollover hours, using market or pending orders, is prohibited.
7.12. The Client does not authorise the Signal Provider to provide trading signals generated using abusive strategies that may include (or not include) those mentioned above or other strategies that give rise to a legitimate concern that the Client may suffer financial or other harm as a result of such activities.
7.13. Executing trades on a simulated demo account using external sources.
7.14. High-frequency trading strategies on the simulated demo account where the majority of trades last only a few seconds or less are prohibited.
7.15. Carrying out hedge arbitrage strategies.
7.16. Using different identities to hold accounts, even if they do not replicate the same trade.
7.17. Manipulating trading on the simulated demo account by executing trades individually or in collaboration with others, including linked accounts or accounts from different entities, or entering opposite positions simultaneously.
7.18. Any simulated demo account using this type of Expert Advisor (EA) and providing trading signals based on the use of such EAs will be cancelled, blocked and no remuneration payment will be made, in accordance with section 6 of this agreement.
7.19. When using trading robots (Expert Advisors – EAs), especially third-party EAs, other traders may already be using the same EA and therefore exactly the same strategy. Having the same strategy among a group of traders on the demo account is prohibited.
7.20. Exploiting price discrepancies between the Client's platform feed and other feeds.
7.21. Copying another person's trading signals.
7.22. Carrying out gap trading on the demo account.

7.25. Restrictions on trading during high-impact news events on funded accounts
Prohibition on trading during high-impact news events
Trading during high-impact news events is not permitted on funded accounts.

There is a restriction window of 4 minutes before and after the event during which trading is not permitted. However, this measure does not apply to trades opened hours before the event, provided that they were not opened minutes before the event begins.
Obligation to set Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP)
All trades executed during high-impact news events must have SL and TP set at the time the trade is opened.
Prohibition on removing SL and TP
It is not permitted to remove the SL or TP before the event. This includes any attempt to prevent the system from detecting the closure of the trade during that event.
These measures are essential to ensure transparency, fairness in our operations and the integrity of funded accounts.
7.26. Betting/gambling-like behaviour: carrying out transactions resembling a significant bet without a clear plan or defined strategy.
7.27. Copy trading will not be permitted on funded accounts.
7.28. Prohibition on multiple user profiles
Registration and use of our platform is limited to one profile per user. It is strictly prohibited for the same user to create, manage or use more than one profile or account. If it is detected that a user has created multiple accounts or profiles for the purpose of circumventing our policies or terms, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the accounts involved without prior notice.
In addition, the use of different accounts to circumvent imposed restrictions or limitations, participate in fraudulent activities or harm other users is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in permanent disqualification from access to the platform, cancellation of services, or any other measure we consider necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and our user community.
7.29. Copy trading between accounts with the same balance will not be permitted; that is, if you have two €25,000 accounts, you will not be able to carry out copy trading between them. However, if you have a €25,000 account and a €50,000 account, you may carry out copy trading between them.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Client undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms and conditions of this Agreement, its existence, the manner in which the Services are provided, the content of communications with WSFmarkets Ltd, any information that may constitute a trade secret, including know-how, and any other information provided by WSFmarkets Ltd that is identified as confidential or should be considered confidential due to the nature of the information and the circumstances in which it was disclosed (the “Confidential Information”).
8.2. The obligation to protect Confidential Information under this clause shall not apply where: (i) the information is in the public domain or known at the time of its use or disclosure, unless its public knowledge is due to a breach of a legal or contractual obligation; or (ii) there is a legal obligation to disclose the Confidential Information, or such disclosure is based on a final court judgment, arbitration award or administrative decision.
8.3. The Client agrees to comply with the obligations set out in this clause without time limitation, including after termination of the Agreement.
8.4. Confidentiality of Internal Investigations and Enforcement Measures
In the event of any suspension, restriction, termination, account closure or permanent ban, WSFmarkets may inform the Signal Provider of the contractual provision or general reason giving rise to such action.
However, WSFmarkets shall not be required to disclose any confidential or proprietary information relating to its internal investigations, detection methods, monitoring systems, risk models, anti-fraud procedures, algorithms, security mechanisms, internal policies, third-party information, technical evidence, or any other information whose disclosure could compromise the security, integrity or effectiveness of the Company's systems or enforcement procedures.
WSF Markets may withhold such information at its sole discretion, except where disclosure is expressly required by applicable law, a competent regulatory authority, court, arbitration body or other legally binding authority.
The Company shall not be obligated to provide the Signal Provider with the complete evidence, internal reports, investigation records or technical data relied upon in reaching its decision.
At WSFmarkets we focus on preserving the integrity and fairness of our trading platform. As a reminder, WSFmarkets' business philosophy focuses on helping traders refine their skills, turning them into consistent and successful traders, replicating real market conditions. In other words, part of our mission is to ensure that those who develop on our platform can also do so in a genuine market environment.
For this purpose, we cannot tolerate trading approaches involving excessive risks that are likely to lead to substantial losses in real market situations. To support these objectives, from now on we will implement the following safe trading strategies:
Breaches that we will monitor particularly closely:
Account churning: acquiring as many evaluation accounts as possible and attempting to pass them continuously, sacrificing accounts if necessary.
Betting-like behaviour: carrying out transactions resembling large bets without a defined plan or strategy.
Trade stacking: opening significant consecutive positions in the same instrument in order to circumvent risk limits.
Group hedging: executing opposite positions on the platform as a risk hedging strategy.
Over-leveraging: exceeding appropriate levels of leverage for trading.
A trader may not risk more than 50% of the daily drawdown on a single trading idea.
Consequences for funded accounts with breaches:
First warning: Reduction of leverage for 20 working days and delay of payouts on all accounts if another breach occurs.
Second warning: Further reduction of leverage for 60 working days and a further delay in payouts.
Third warning: Permanent removal from the platform.
Cancellation and refund policy
Once the payment process for any of our programmes has been completed, you will receive an email containing the access credentials for your trading platform. Once this access has been sent, no refunds will be issued. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund if no trades have been executed on the account. To request assistance, please contact our live chat.
Dispute resolution policy
It is your responsibility to be familiar with our refund policy.
By placing an order for any of our products, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or do not fully accept these terms, please do not place any order with us. For any questions regarding this policy, you may contact us at: support@WSFmarkets .com.
Acknowledgement of this policy
Clients who submit improper payment disputes or request chargebacks through their bank will be permanently suspended from the Platform. If you have any questions, please contact our support team through live chat.
Refunds after successfully passing the WSF Challenge
Once you have successfully passed Phase 2 of the Wall Street Challenge and progressed to the funded phase, you will receive a refund of the initial registration fee together with your first withdrawal. The fee will only be refunded once you have generated sufficient profits to make a withdrawal.

The Owner may offer discounts or special promotions for the purchase of Products. All such offers shall be subject to eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions set out in the corresponding section of www.WSFmarkets .com.
Offers and discounts are always granted at the sole discretion of the Owner.
The repetition or recurrence of offers or discounts does not create any right or cause of action that Users may exercise in the future.
Depending on the case, discounts or promotions will only be valid for a limited period or while stocks last. If an offer has a specific deadline, this shall refer to the Owner's time zone, as indicated in the location details in this document, unless otherwise stated.
Coupons
Offers or discounts may be based on coupons. In the event of a breach of the conditions applicable to coupons, the Owner may legitimately refuse to fulfil its contractual obligations and expressly reserves the right to take the corresponding legal action to protect its rights and interests.
Without prejudice to the above, any additional or different rules applicable to the use of the coupon indicated on the relevant information page or on the coupon itself shall prevail in all cases.
Unless otherwise stated, the following rules shall apply to the use of coupons:

Unless otherwise stated, single-use coupons may only be used once per purchase and may therefore only be applied on a single occasion, including in cases of instalment purchases.
Coupons cannot be combined.
Coupons may only be redeemed within the validity period specified in the offer. Once this period has expired, the coupon will automatically cease to be valid, and the User may not claim any right whatsoever, including redemption for cash.
Users shall not be entitled to any credit/refund/compensation in the event of a difference between the value of the coupon and the value redeemed.
Coupons are intended exclusively for non-commercial use. Any reproduction, counterfeiting or commercialisation of coupons, as well as any illegal activity related to their purchase and/or use, is strictly prohibited.

Users shall not acquire any right to use the purchased product until the Owner has received the full purchase amount.

By carrying out these transactions, the User acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for and assumes no liability in relation to any disputes relating to their purchases. Once the transaction for a product, service, membership or access to certain areas of the website has been completed, such content will be made available to the User following confirmation of payment.
The Company does not offer refunds for purchased services. If the purchaser is identified as “high risk” by our payment processing systems, additional documentation or information may be required in order to continue the validation process. If such documentation or information is not provided within twenty-four (24) hours of the request, access to and use of the services may be revoked.
Submission of the required documentation does not guarantee removal of the “high risk” classification, and the User's access may remain restricted or disabled.
Liability and disclaimer of warranties
Unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed with Users, the Owner's liability for damages relating to performance of the Contract is excluded, limited and/or reduced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its subsidiaries, associated companies, directors, officers, agents, joint trademark owners, partners and employees against any claim or demand —including, but not limited to, legal fees and costs— made by third parties due to negligent use of the Service by the User or their affiliated companies, officers, agents, joint trademark owners, partners or employees, as well as for violation of these Terms, third-party rights or legal provisions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability
Unless expressly stated otherwise and without prejudice to the provisions of applicable law, the User may not claim damages against the Owner (or against any natural or legal person acting on its behalf).
The foregoing shall not apply to damages affecting life, health or physical integrity, damages arising from breach of essential contractual obligations —understood as those strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract— or damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, provided that the User has made proper use of www.WSFmarkets .com.
Except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, the Owner's liability shall be limited to those damages that were typical and foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The User understands and accepts that both the service and the Company's website are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, security or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, the User acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any claim, loss, judgment, cost or expense relating to the information contained on the website or to the User's use of or access to the Company's service or website, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, legal expenses, damages resulting from errors or omissions, and damages caused by website unavailability or interruptions. The User acknowledges that any use of the Company's services and/or website is at their own risk.
General provisions
No waiver
The Owner's failure to exercise any right or provision established in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Such failure to exercise shall not be construed as a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Service interruption
In order to ensure the best possible level of service, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or other changes, duly informing Users.
Within the limits permitted by law, the Owner may also suspend or completely cease provision of the Service. In the event of suspension or permanent interruption, the Owner shall cooperate with Users to allow them to withdraw their Personal Data or information and shall respect their rights regarding continued use of the product and/or corresponding compensation in accordance with the law.
