- You must first pass our two-phase or one-phase evaluation program before you can start trading for real profit.
- You acknowledge that any trading you do through our service is not real.
- By using our services, you agree to be subject to our Trading Objectives.
Conditions for account registration

Purchase process The steps taken from the choice of a Product to the submission of the order form are part of the purchase process. The purchase process includes these steps:
Users must indicate the desired Product by selecting, including quantity and specific features, so that it appears in the purchase selection.

Credential Delivery
The delivery of access challenge credentials may experience delays due to various factors, such as verification of provided information, technical issues, or changes in internal procedures, broker migration. We strive to send the credentials as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of delays in receiving the credentials.
Prices
Users will be informed, during the purchase process and before the order is sent, of all fees, charges, and costs (including, if applicable, shipping costs) that must be paid.

Payment Methods

Rules for Simulated Trading
In the simulated trading environment of our Platform, any type of operation is allowed, provided it does not fall within the categories of strategies or transactions prohibited detailed in our section on PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES. Additionally, there may be additional limitations imposed by the terms of the selected trading platform. Importantly, as a Provider, we have access to information about the simulated trades you perform. By using our platform, you authorize us to share this information with associated entities or those belonging to our business group, and you grant us and these entities permission and authorization to use this information at their discretion. You understand and agree that these actions may be carried out automatically and without requiring your additional consent, and that you are not entitled to any form of compensation or benefit derived from the use of your data by the Provider. Furthermore, we are aware that you do not provide us with any investment advice or recommendations through your simulated operations. You have the freedom to pause or stop your simulated operations on our platform at any time.
WSFunded Evaluation Process
To comply with our conditions of the Evaluation Process, you must meet all of the following parameters simultaneously at the end of the trading period:
- At no point during the evaluation process have a loss in any simulation trade opened and closed the same day, which would exceed in total 5% of the initial simulation capital or 10% overall in 2-challenge plans, and 4% daily and 6% of the total drawdown in one-challenge plans.
- If you have reached the profit target of 8% of the initial capital in Phase 1 or the profit target of 5% of the initial capital in Phase 2 and of a 10% profit in one-challenge tests and have not violated the terms, in particular the rules of simulated trading according to the Section: "PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES," the Provider evaluates your current Phase of our Service as complete.

Prohibited Trading Practices
DURING SIMULATED TRADING, IT IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED TO:
- Employ strategies that benefit from errors in the display of prices or delays in their update.
- Conduct operations using external or unauthorized data sources.
- Engage in activities that seek to manipulate or artificially alter trading.
- Conduct operations that contravene the Terms and Conditions established by the Provider.
- Act in a manner that contravenes the usual practices of the real forex market or in such a way that there is a legitimate risk that the Provider may suffer losses or damages as a result of the Client's activities.
- Exceed the maximum capital limit assigned to participants, as specified in the frequently asked questions section of our website.
If you engage in any of the prohibited practices mentioned, the Provider may interpret this as a breach of the conditions of the specific Evaluation Process, and in the case of being identified as a "Funded Trader," this could be considered a violation of our rules and result in the removal of the Funded Simulated Account provided to you and termination of the signed contract.
In the event that any of the operations listed in the PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES section are carried out, the Provider reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice. In such a situation, you would not be entitled to participate in profit sharing nor would you receive refunds for any fees you have paid. In the case of detecting Unauthorized Trading, the Trader will not have access to their accounts.
Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend the participation of any Trader in the program for any reason it deems appropriate, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Following a successful payment clearance for the purchase of any of our programs, you will receive an email containing login details for accessing your trading platform. Once this information is sent to you, no refunds will be issued. In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund if no trades have been executed on the account. By placing an order for any of our products, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. Acknowledgment of this Policy Clients engaging in improper charge disputes or requesting chargebacks with their bank will face permanent suspension from the Platform. Refunds Upon Successful Completion of the WSF Challenge After successfully completing Stage 2 of Wall Street Challenge and advancing to the funded phase, you will receive a refund of the initial sign-up fee with your first withdrawal. The sign-up fee will only be refunded once you have generated sufficient profits eligible for withdrawal.
Offers and Discounts
The Holder may offer discounts or make special offers for the purchase of Products. All such offers or discounts will be subject to admission criteria and the terms and conditions set out in the corresponding section of www.wsfunded.com.
Offers and discounts are always granted at the sole discretion of the Holder.
Repeated or recurring offers or discounts will not create any action or right that Users can exercise in the future.
Depending on the case, discounts or offers will only be valid for a limited time or while supplies last. If an offer or a discount is time-limited, the time parameters will refer to the Holder's time zone, as indicated in the Holder's location data in this document, unless stated otherwise.
Coupons
Offers or discounts may be based on coupons. In the event of a breach of the conditions applicable to the coupons, the Holder may legitimately refuse to fulfill contractual obligations and expressly reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions to protect its rights and interests.
Subject to the provisions set forth below, any additional or divergent rules applicable to the use of the coupon appearing on the corresponding information page or on the coupon itself shall prevail in all cases.
Unless stated otherwise, the following rules will apply to the use of coupons:
- Each coupon will be valid only when used in the manner and within the specified timeframe on the website and/or on the coupon.

Disclaimer
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Holder and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, managers, agents, trademark co-owners, partners, and employees from any claim or demand—including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs—made by any third party due to or in connection with negligent violation of these Conditions, the rights of third parties, or provisions established by law related to the User's or their affiliated companies', directors', managers', agents', trademark co-owners', partners', and employees' use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This also applies to any claims filed by third parties (including, but not limited to, the Holder's customers or consumers) against the Holder regarding Digital Products supplied by the User, such as claims related to conformity.
Limitation of Liability
Unless expressly stated otherwise and notwithstanding applicable law, the User may not claim damages against the Holder (nor against any natural or legal person acting on its behalf).
The above shall not apply to damages affecting life, health, or physical integrity, damages resulting from the breach of substantial contractual obligations, such as any obligation that is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract, and/or damages resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence, provided that the User has used www.wsfunded.com appropriately and correctly.
Unless damages have been caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, or they affect life, health, or physical integrity, the Holder shall only be liable to the extent of damages that were typical and foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.

No Waiver

Service Interruption
To ensure the best possible level of service, the Holder reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance work, system updates, or any other changes, duly informing Users.
Within the limits of the law, the Holder may also decide to suspend or completely cease providing the Service. If the service is discontinued, the Holder will cooperate with Users to allow them to withdraw Personal Data or information and will respect Users' rights regarding the continued use/continuation of the use of the product and/or compensation, as established by applicable law.
Additionally, the Service may be unavailable due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Holder, such as "force majeure" (e.g., infrastructure breakdowns or power outages, etc.).
Service Resale
Users shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of www.wsfunded.com and its Service without the prior express written authorization of the Holder, granted either directly or through a legitimate resale program.

Assignment of the Contract
The Holder reserves the right to transfer, assign, novate, or subcontract any of the rights or obligations established under these Conditions, taking into account the legitimate interests of Users. Provisions regarding changes to these Conditions will apply mutatis mutandis.
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Conditions in any way, except with the written permission of the Holder.
